Welcomers are the most important part of Viisiit. because they are you! A Welcomer invites a Viisiitor into their homes or place of business to receive product pitches and a friendly connection.

Viisiit. provides personal product pitches, bringing back a time when personal offers were actually personal. We provide the opportunity to not only learn about great products and offers in your area but also a wonderful personal interaction with a caring and lovely Viisiitor.

ViisiitCoin is a cryptocurrency that rewards you for welcoming Viisiit. into your home. For every interaction, you will get rewarded with ViisiitCoins. You can exchange them to Euros and other cryptocurrencies, go on your next shopping spree, or give gift certificates to your loved ones.

Viisiit. will start in the Netherlands, specifically in the South-Holland region, but our growth strategy with the funding we receive is to start with other (international) market testing as soon as possible. You signing up and letting us know what’s your interest with Viisiit. and when you tell us where you are situated that information helps us to determine the next launching grounds.

In your Viisiit.-profile you can set the maximum amount of times a Viisiitor can come visit you in a year, with 24 visits per year maximum by default for every Welcomer. For full disclosure, in the beginning we’ll probably won’t be getting close to the default number of visits per year, when matured we probably could do more, so keeping it at the default could then hinder you from receiving visits in a particular year, if you enjoy the visits. You can also set dates and/or time blocks that you never want to receive a visit from a Viisiitor. Welcomers that set no maximum will get priority visits in their neighborhoods. Visits are determined by the budgets of our advertisers for that particular neighborhood. In time we will add “alerts” features when a Viisiitor is in your neighborhood, to start we need to reward Welcomers with the least restrictions with the most chance of participating in product presentations to learn first and foremost about possible cool, useful or much needed products, services or experiences and to earn ViisiitCoins while doing that.

First of all, it starts with our Viisiitors being hand picked professionals who also sign a non-disclosure agreement with Viisiit. agreeing to never publicly disclose what happened at a visit with a Welcomer. Even to managers or authorities they are only obligated to cooperate with questioning on a visit with a Welcomer when there is evidence that a serious crime happened. Viisiitors are not visiting you to judge how you live or work, but to serve your wants or needs, by introducing and presenting you with products, services and experiences, answering your questions at their best capacity and accepting you for who you are. On the technical side, Viisiit. works with experienced partners to develop our own inhouse platforms where we have control of the code of the software Viisiitors use and can make sure that nobody within Viisiit. or from outside Viisiit. has access to your personal data. Only you will have direct access to your personal data gathered by Viisiitors and the eventual data gathered from external partners. It is also you who will have control of what our own inhouse build machine learning software may use to better serve you with relevant products, services and experiences you might want, need or desire.

By filling our form below you let us know that you want us to let you know when we’re going to start with the visiting rounds in your neighborhood. To start receiving ViisiitCoins for participating in product introductions and product presentations you need to activate your account with a Viisiiters in person. Just as opening a bank account, a Viisiitor needs to verify who is connected to each Viisiit.-wallet. Once this face-to-face identification is done, you can immediately start earning ViisiitCoins.

Viisiit. is currently officially still in the pre-seed and pre-revenue phase as we’re working with our partner Impakt Tribe to receive the first funding to start with the incorporation of the Tiiendemanns Group. The incorporation is important so that we can give the ViisiitCoins a legal foundation. We expect to incorporate and start with the services of Viisiit. in the Netherlands beginning of the 4th quarter, at the latest.

Viisiitors will be a mix of people working directly for Viisiit. or working as freelancers with Viisiit.. Viisiitors won’t get bonuses if you as Welcomer decide after a product presentation that you want or need the product, service or experience presented. Viisiitors will get bonuses for excellent visiting contact with you as Welcomer based on how you score their presentation skills and helpfulness in answering your questions or processing your requests.

Advertisers we call the broad group of for profit, non-profit and governmental organizations and freelancers, working locally, nationally or internationally that wants to present you their products, services or experiences through a Viisiitor. The fee we ask advertisers for doing product presentations, contains overhead costs for Viisiit., the salary of Viisiitors and a minimum reward to Welcomers for participating in the product introductions and product presentations. Advertisers are free to raise to minimum reward to give to Welcomers for participating in their product introductions and product presentations and 100% of this raised amount will go to Welcomers.

Viisiit., the IP’s and trademarks are owned by the Tiiendemanns Group, which is headed by Tiiendemanns Holding B.V., a company headquartered in the Hague, the Netherlands. Viisiit. the service will be managed by the first subsidiary of Tiiendemanns Holding, called Hiinderloopn Ventures B.V., which will be the company responsible for bringing all IP’s in possession of the Tiiendemanns Group to market. The founder of the Tiiendemanns Group will keep, through a trust, for decades the majority of the voting power in the Tiiendemanns Group, with the majority of the economic rights will be sold between a mix of accredited/institutional and retail investors. A portion of the Tiiendemanns Group is also statutory set to be given to all team members based on performance and non-performance KPI’s.

ViisiitCoins are in cryptocurrency terms, an 100% utility coin that gives you the rights to exchange them for products and services offered on the Viisiit. platform for a fixed price set by the shareholders based on statutory set rules and can only be increased based on real corporate exploitation data. As a loyalty bonus program for (long time) Welcomers that have supporter us, 2 decades after the end of the DICO/STO every ViisiitCoin-holder will receive 1 ViisiitToken for every ViisiitCoin they are holding. You can then exchange 1,000 ViisiitTokens for 1 common share certificate in the holding company owning the rights of all IP’s of Viisiit. and the other products and services brought by the Tiiendemanns Group

On the Viisiit. platform we set the fixed price of each ViisiitCoin based on the estimated real market value of 1 ViisiitToken when they can be exchanged for common share certificates in the company. As each ViisiitCoin gives holders 1 ViisiitToken when the ViisiitToken-blockchain gets build, we set the fixed price on this linkage. In the future, as ViisiitTokens get burned when they get exchanged for common share certificates, on the open markets 1 ViisiitToken will need to be bought with more than 1 ViisiitCoin per ViisiitToken. The fixed price of the ViisiitCoin on the Viisiit. platform will then follow the real market value of the underlying common shares of Tiiendemanns Holding B.V.
